Welcome to the Binary Freedom commune
This site is in Beta stage but the Jabber service is fully working and active. We at BinaryFreedom are committed to building tools for the digital freedom, revolutionary left and social justice activists in CyberSpace. Jabber is a descentralized Instant message network with thousands of servers around the world, this is why we feel it is perfect for our movements. We are committed to having no logs or data saved in our server and to building upon privacy with encryption channels. Services, like voting, calendar, email and online chat as others open to request from the community to make the use of the binaryfreedom Commune a portal for our movements.Our aim is to make these services as democratically run as possible.

gTALK/Google IM now works again with our server, after some hard work this last month yesterday evening we were able to put the right patches this is why we restarted the server a couple times. so now you can see your gtalk friends again!! have fun!
There is a bug between Jabberd2(our server software) and pidgin we are working to resolve the issue. we recomend the use of Trillian for Windows and Kopete or PSI under GNU/Linux. Thanks.
UPDATE: there has been reports that Pidgin 2.3.1 works under MS windows XP.
